Workers Cafe is a great place, a wonderful, tabloid papers, eggs chips and beans respite from the usual try-hard shops and restaurants of Upper street, it’s so wonderfully out of place. Here you can get a great fried breakfast which costs practically nothing and a glass bottle of orange juice for £1.50. The clientele is almost exclusively local workman quietly reading the daily mail over a 3000 calorie meal. It’s plenty spacious and the service is excellent.
